Star Valley Ranch Rules

*Side Note* These rules can be broken by students but if mac or cassie or another teacher finds out there will be consequences.

School Rules:
1. Students must have family (don't have to rp them they just have to have a parent or parents in their history) and approval for all students 12 to 16 years old.

2. Students must have parent present for riding lessons if they are 11 1/2 or younger.

3. Students must ride in groups of at least 2 if they are 12 to 15 1/2 years old when not riding in lesson.

4. No students can do jumping (unless on trails), without a teacher or trainer present or a person 18 years or older with at least 8 years expectance in riding and at least 3 years experience with jumping. (For your own safety)

5. No students may go on a trail ride alone unless they are 18 or older and have at least 9 years experience riding.

6. No student under the age 17 or younger may have a Stallion (see Horse Terms for what that means if you don't know what it means)

7. Some classes have age restrictions please obey them

8. No students no mater age (unless 25 or older which there aren't many students that age of) is aloud to ride anywhere but indoor area when a thunder/lighting storm or really bad rain storm or really bad blizzard is going. Its for your safety.

9. No students 16 to 16 1/2 or younger unless they prove they can handle it. Which is a mare with a foal. aka no students unless proven they can handle a mare and foal could be 16 to 16 1/2.

10. No students 14 or younger can ever have a mare with a foal (unless they have an older sibling or parent to help them)

11. Please clean up or tack after riding don't just leave it out.

12. Please make sure to cool out your horses after riding for a long time or in the heat.

13. please make sure you groom (including doing your horses hooves) before and after you ride.

14. no riding at night unless your 18 or older.

15. Instructors must be 20 or older see the jobs and requirements for more specific info.

16. More rules will be added later if needed they will be bold or in red or both of those.
